Lets for Life are dedicated to helping people with learning disabilities find their own home and providing individualised services, offering quality housing management.

The most important part of our work at Lets for Life is finding the best possible housing for you and keeping it that way - we care that you are happy in your home so we need to make sure that you are in the place most suitable for you. We do this by:

  • Listening to you and working closely with you and everyone involved to make sure we fully understand your needs, passions, hobbies as well as all the other finer details which can really make the difference to your life.
  • Using our own, specially designed database, we find a property which best matches your needs and wants.
  • Viewing the property with you and making sure you are happy with it.
  • Working with the local authority and landlord to ensure any adaptations you require need to be made to the property.
  • Helping with housing benefit claims so that you can manage your rent.
  • Explaining your tenancy agreement so you understand your rights and responsibilities.
  • Providing personalised tenancy support once you have moved into your new home. We agree with you how best we can do this from helping you pay the rent, to dealing with repairs and maintenance.

Once you have moved in, our local representative will make regular contact with you, just to check that everything is ok and that you’re happy, safe and comfortable in your home.

We always have time for you. We are here to help you with any problems you might have with your tenancy and make sure that you are safe and secure.

We constantly strive to make improvements to our service to ensure that we’re doing the best job possible so we ask our tenants to evaluate our service.
